This Domestic Abuse Related Death Review, commissioned by West Berkshire's Building Communities Together Partnership, examined the death of Hana, a woman in her fifties killed by her 18-year-old son. Drawing on six Individual Management Reviews, family engagement, and expert panel input, the review explores Child and Adolescent to Parent Violence and Abuse (CAPVA), mental health, cultural identity, and agency responses.
